Visiting hours of the management of Teterinskoye State Forestry Institution of the Property Management Directorate under the President of the Republic of Belarus
The place of reception of citizens is the administrative building of the Teterinskoye SFI (Mogilevskaya str., 2, Shepelevichi village, Kruglyansky district, Mogilev region)
For the purpose of implementing the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 06.06.1996 No. 407-ХIII (as amended on 01.11.2004) On Public Appeals and the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 2 dated December 27, 2006 On Further Red Tape Reduction in the Government Machine, and improving the system of handling public appeals,
I HEREBY ORDER:
- To approve the following hours for the public to visit the Teterinskoye SFI Director: Kazun Vasily Mikhailovich
- first Monday of every month from 8.00 to 13.00;
- third Wednesday of every month from 14.00 to 20.00.
- In the absence of the Teterinskoye SFI Director, the public shall be received by the First Deputy Director – Chief Forester Lappo Vladimir Vladimirovich; the public shall be received within the above visiting hours.
- Certificates and documents requested by the public shall be issued in accordance with the schedule of administrative procedures every day from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break: from 13.00 to 14.00; non-working days: Saturday and Sunday) free of charge.
- Statements of earnings, salary, employer and position, and employment period shall be issued against telephone requests, unless written request or other documents are required to prepare them.
- The Director Office Secretary Drozdova N.V. shall make preliminary personal appointments with the Teterinskoye SFI Director within the approved visiting hours on the issues within his competence.
- Heads of structural units shall be personally responsible for reception of the public on the issues within their competences.
- To appoint the HR Officer Chekan O.V. the public visits responsible officer.
